When I was a teenager, I loved watching Karate Kid.
When it came to choosing a sports activity, my mom suggested learning ballet.
I found my passion in Taekwondo instead.
While joining the training I became flexible, learned quickly how to precisely move my body according to the technique and how to fight semi-contact.
About 20 years later I bumped into a martial arts class at the gym and was surprised about how much my body was able to remember of the movements.
The warrior mindset is inside me, ready to apply when needed.
